Iguratimod alleviated Sjögren's syndrome through regulating macrophage polarization
Rheumatology &Autoimmunity, EarlyView.Nonobese diabetic (NOD) mice exhibited characteristic of Sjögren's syndrome (SS), with increased M1 macrophages and deceased M2 macrophages. Iguratimod alleviated SS‐like symptoms and restored balance of macrophage polarization through inhibiting the mitogen‐activated protein kinases pathway in NOD mice.
