Mordenite is a naturally occurring zeolite mineral that is the seventh most common zeolite mineral globally, forming at low temperatures (≥100°C) in hydrothermal systems. In New Zealand, extensive deposits of mordenite are commonly associated with areas of hydrothermal alteration, particularly in the Coromandel and Taupo Volcanic Zones.

Late‐Stage Debris Flows Eroded Aeolis Mons in Gediz Vallis, Gale Crater, Mars
Abstract How the ancient climate of Mars transitioned to its current cold, hyperarid state is recorded by the sedimentary rocks preserved on its surface. Gale crater, the Curiosity rover landing site, is one such location, where the central mountain, Aeolis Mons, preserves an extensive sedimentary record. Curiosity has demonstrated that the Aeolis Mons

Integrating Flow and Solute Flux Dynamics in an Adaptive LSTM Model for Stream Chemistry Predictions
Abstract High‐frequency measurements of stream solute dynamics reveal fluctuations across a multitude of time‐scales. At the storm‐event time‐scales they expose solute specific rapid mobilization or dilution effects, in addition to hysteresis. For various applications, predictions of these dynamics at measurement sites are desired to inform impending ...

Terrestrial Analogs to Titan for Geophysical Research
Abstract Saturn's moon Titan exhibits remarkable parallels to the Earth in many geophysical and geological processes not found elsewhere in the solar system at the present day. These include a nitrogen atmosphere with a condensible gas—methane—replacing the Earth's water, leading to an active meteorology with rainfall and surface manifestations ...
