Fuzzy‐Fractional Modeling and Analysis of Tobacco Smoking Dynamics via He–Laplace–Carson Framework

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
This study develops a fuzzy‐fractional nonlinear tobacco smoking model by incorporating triangular fuzzy numbers and Caputo fractional derivative. The He–Laplace–Carson algorithm is used to solve and analyze the uncertainties and memory dependent effects involved in potential smokers, mild smokers, regular smokers, and quit smokers.

Can a Mate‐Finding Allee Effect Be Elicited to Help Eradicate Invasive Mammals?

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 15, Issue 12, December 2025.
In this paper we report on results from an individual‐based simulation model developed to identify the conditions under which a mate‐finding Allee effect could be elicited to facilitate the eradication of an invasive mammal in conjunction with lethal trapping.

Онтологія меж у системі сучасного землеустрою: від геометрії до режиму прав і цінностей

open access: yesZemleustrìj, Kadastr ì Monìtorìng Zemelʹ

A Farm‐To‐Fork Framework to Assess the Scope and Limitations of Agricultural Data Structures

open access: yesModern Agriculture, Volume 3, Issue 2, December 2025.
The diagram illustrates the agricultural data structures evaluation process using AgrIMAF. The data structures were gathered from the literature and ranged from data models and conceptual frameworks to file‐based systems and databases. They are then systematically analysed through the AgrIMAF structure, which consists of three layers, that is, the ...

Managing feral pigs to mitigate kauri dieback disease in the face of ecological and epidemiological uncertainty

open access: yesNew Zealand Journal of Zoology, Volume 52, Issue 4, Page 349-366, December 2025.
ABSTRACT Kauri (Agathis australis), a tree species endemic to northern New Zealand, is threatened by kauri dieback disease, caused by the plant pathogen Phytophthora agathidicida. Some human and animal activities capable of disturbing and transferring infected soil may facilitate the spread of this pathogen.

The analytical analysis of fractional differential system via different operators and normalization functions

open access: yesPartial Differential Equations in Applied Mathematics
This article is related to the utilization of the Laplace Adomian Decomposition Method (LADM) to analyze the solution of a fractional order system under different operators and normalized functions. In this connection, the three new and updated operators

Stability and Hopf Bifurcations Analysis in a Three‐Phase Dengue Diffusion Model With Time Delay in Fractional Derivative and Laplace–Adomian Decomposition Numerical Approach

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, Volume 48, Issue 12, Page 11630-11651, August 2025.
ABSTRACT This study examines the complex dynamics of dengue transmission by incorporating time delay into a comprehensive model. The model is designed to capture several essential components, including steady‐state events, immune waning, recuperation from infection, and partial shielding in human populations.

Approximate Solution of the Fractional Order Sterile Insect Technology Model via the Laplace–Adomian Decomposition Method for the Spread of Zika Virus Disease

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2022
Sterile insect technology (SIT) is an environmental-friendly method which depends on the release of sterile male mosquitoes that compete with the wild male mosquitoes and mate with wild female mosquitoes, which leads to the production of no offspring and
