Gait Analysis of Pak Biawak: A Necrobot Lizard Built using the Skeleton of an Asian Water Monitor (Varanus Salvator)

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
Pak Biawak, a necrobot, embodies an unusual fusion of biology and robotics. Designed to repurpose natural structures after death, it challenges conventional boundaries between nature and engineering. Its movements are precise yet unsettling, raising questions about sustainability, ethics, and the untapped potential of biointegrated machines.

Dynamics Modeling and Simulation of Industrial Manipulator Subject to Constraint

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2017
It is a common movement type in industrial production for the end-effector of industrial manipulator executing tasks according to desired track. The high nonlinearity and coupling are shown from the dynamics characteristic of industrial manipulator ...

Numerical Modeling of Photothermal Self‐Excited Composite Oscillators

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
We present a numerical framework for simulating photothermal self‐excited oscillations. The driving mechanism is elucidated by highlighting the roles of inertia and overshoot, as well as the phase lag between the thermal moment and the oscillation angle, which together construct the feedback loop between the system state and the environmental stimulus.

COPTRAN - A method of optimum communication systems design [PDF]

open access: yes, 1970
Single set of mathematical expressions describes system cost and probability of error of data transmission in terms of four basic parameters in the link equation. A Lagrange multiplier sets up equations whose solutions yield the optimum values for system

On the equivalence between different canonical forms of F(R) theory of gravity

open access: yes, 2017
Classical equivalence between Jordan's and Einstein's frame counterparts of F(R) theory of gravity has recently been questioned, since the two produce different Noether symmetries, which couldn't be translated back and forth using transformation ...

Heuristically Adaptive Diffusion‐Model Evolutionary Strategy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Building on the mathematical equivalence between diffusion models and evolutionary algorithms, researchers demonstrate unprecedented control over evolutionary optimization through conditional diffusion. By training diffusion models to associate parameters with specific traits, they can guide evolution toward solutions exhibiting desired behaviors ...

Construction of equations of dynamics of a given structure based on equations of program constraints

open access: yesСовременная математика: Фундаментальные направления
We consider the problem of constructing a system of differential equations from a given set of constraint equations and reducing them to the form of Lagrange equations with dissipative forces that ensure stabilization of the constraints. We determine the

Generalized Stability of Euler-Lagrange Quadratic Functional Equation

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2012
The main goal of this paper is the investigation of the general solution and the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability theorem of the following Euler-Lagrange type quadratic functional equation f(ax+by)+af(x-by)=(a+1)b2f(y)+a(a+1)f(x), in (β,p)-Banach space ...

A Combined Entropy/Phase-Field Approach to Gravity

open access: yesEntropy, 2017
Terms related to gradients of scalar fields are introduced as scalar products into the formulation of entropy. A Lagrange density is then formulated by adding constraints based on known conservation laws.

A Perspective on Interactive Theorem Provers in Physics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Into an interactive theorem provers (ITPs), one can write mathematical definitions, theorems and proofs, and the correctness of those results is automatically checked. This perspective goes over the best usage of ITPs within physics and motivates the open‐source community run project PhysLean, the aim of which is to be a library for digitalized physics
