Engineered Small Extracellular Vesicles Targeting Tumor‐Associated Endothelial Cells to Effectively Remodel the Glioma Microenvironment

This study developed a novel drug delivery platform that overcomes the blood‐brain barrier in glioblastoma. By fusing IGFBP7 with small extracellular vesicles, the platform specifically targets tumor vasculature. It effectively delivers temozolomide, suppressing tumor growth at low doses.

Selective Lithium Recovery via Photothermal Evaporation and Hydration‐Controlled Adsorption

A bilayer Mo‐LDH@Sponge composite is developed to couple interfacial photothermal evaporation with hydration‐controlled lithium adsorption. A cation‐anion synergistic strategy is developed to enhance self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) adsorption using guanidinium thiocyanate (GuaSCN). Guanidinium (Gua⁺) suppresses micelle aggregation, while thiocyanate (SCN−) promotes phosphonic acid deprotonation and strengthens ionic bonding to the substrate.
