目的異方性積層板である強化プラスチックスの強度を支配する要素の一つは, 積層板単位厚さに含まれる補強材であるガラス繊維布の数であるが, この関係はガラス繊維布層に加えられる加圧力にまた支配される.本研究ではまず基本的にガラス繊維布を積み重ねた層は加圧力によって厚さがいかに変化するかの追究を試みた.成果ガラス繊維を平織, 朱子織, あるいはマットとしたものについて種々圧縮試験をおこなった結果, ガラス繊維布層の厚さと加圧力との関係は途中に折曲点のある第1段階と第2段階を経る.その第1段階はきわめて低圧の状態を除いてはlogt0=-mtlogp+b1なる関係があり, 第2段階ではlogt0=-m2logp+b2なる関係があることがわかった.なおm ...
