A residual‐charge‐induced electric field control (SDREC) strategy enables the fabrication of patterned microstructure arrays with a resolution of 20 µm via the selective deposition of charged droplets. The resulting arrays exhibit reversible writing/erasing, optical encryption, and selective silver electrode formation, offering a versatile route to ...

Hydrologic models for land-atmosphere retrospective studies of the use of LANDSAT and AVHRR data [PDF]
The use of a Geographic Information System (GIS) and LANDSAT analysis in conjunction with the Simulator for Water Resources on a Rural Basin (SWRRB) hydrologic model to examine the water balance on the Little Washita River basin is discussed.

Optimal Grazing Exclusion Duration to Enhance Soil Carbon Sequestration in Degraded Grasslands
Across China, grazing exclusion reaches the national mean soil organic carbon recovery benchmark sooner in high‐MAP regions (> 500 mm), but recovery is much slower where MAP < 300 mm. Scaling this strategy to 70% of China's degraded grasslands would sequester about 1.52 Pg of soil carbon over 10 years—roughly 17% of annual global fossil‐fuel emissions.

Eco-hydrology of dynamic wetlands in an Australian agricultural landscape: a whole of system approach for understanding climate change impacts [PDF]
Increasing rates of water extraction and regulation of hydrologic processes, coupled with destruction of natural vegetation, pollution and climate change, are jeopardizing the future persistence of wetlands and the ecological and socio-economic functions

We show that interfacial oxygen at the MgO/Fe interface can be transformed from an uncontrolled variable into a tunable design parameter for spintronic junctions. Momentum microscopy provides direct access to the momentum‐ and spin‐resolved electronic structure beneath the insulating MgO layers, revealing how oxygen intercalation reshapes buried Fe ...
