The institute of land prescription time in Land Law has been introduced for over seventeen years, but to date there is no unambiguous understanding of this problem. The author examined the institute of land prescription time in the Civil and Land Codes of Ukraine and outlined the peculiarities of using the prescription time with regard to the land plot.
