Liquid Metal Microrobots for Magnetically Guided Transvascular Navigation
Liquid metal‐based microrobots combine magnetic steering, intrinsic X‐ray visibility and softness, to navigate blood vessels even against flow. Under clinically relevant magnetic fields, liquid metal microrobots roll along vessel walls, cross endothelial barriers, and accumulate in target tissues.

HIGH DENSITY LAND/GROOVE RECORDING
In order to achieve higher areal density recording, both land and groove area recording ( Land/Groove recording ) technology has been developed. In the Land/Groove recording method, the combination with crosstalk canceller and PRML technique has a potential for over achieving 10X MO recording in realizing larger capacity.

An Aloe‐pinspired droplet electricity generator (A‐DEG) overcomes the limited energy collection zone of conventional DEGs by guiding impact droplets through a channeling midrib and artificial cuticle. The channeling midrib induces uni‐directional droplet spreading, while the artificial cuticle on the midrib further reinforces this behavior through its ...

Photocatalytic Water Splitting on the Lunar Surface: Prospects for In Situ Resource Utilization
Water has been found in craters on the moon nearby locations which are illuminated >80% of the time. Photocatalysis uses energy from sunlight to drive chemical reactions such as water splitting to produce oxygen and hydrogen. It is a scalable technology that requires lighter equipment and utilizes resources available on the moon. ABSTRACT The discovery

Detecting the influence of land use changes on discharges and floods in the Meuse River Basin – the predictive power of a ninety-year rainfall-runoff relation? [PDF]
Quantifying how changes in land use affect the hydrological response at the river basin scale is a current challenge in hydrological science. A daily discharge record (1911–2000) of the river Meuse (21 000 km2; Western Europe) has been simulated ...

A Comprehensive Review of Waste‐Derived Materials for Solar Still Performance Enhancement
ABSTRACT Solar desalination reduces energy use and produces freshwater sustainably, but its productivity is limited and cannot meet rising demand. Thus, solar desalination system improvements are sought to boost water productivity. Waste materials are abundantly available and burden the environment, making them low‐cost enhancers for solar desalination

Room Temperature Synthesis and Photopatterning of Mesoporous Titanium Dioxide Thin Films
A nanofabrication strategy combining deep‐UV photolithography with block copolymer self‐assembly enables direct patterning and mineralization of mesoporous TiO2 thin films at room temperature. Photocatalytic titanium oxo‐clusters promote polymer degradation under UV irradiation, enabling multiscale control over porosity, film thickness, and lateral ...

Polymer‐coated carbon nanotubes were engineered as protease‐responsive nanocarriers for protein delivery in intact plants. GFP cargo can be released by cytosolic phytaspase cleavage and subsequently targeted to mitochondria via an N‐terminal sequence, enabling controlled intracellular protein delivery without tissue damage and demonstrating stable ...

800-kyr land temperature variations modulated by vegetation changes on Chinese Loess Plateau
Modern observation indicates that vegetation cover could modulate land surface temperatures substantially. Here the authors demonstrate that such vegetation feedbacks could be clearly identified in the Chinese Loess Plateau land surface temperature ...
