Controllable nonlinearities in Landau-quantized graphene [PDF]
This article presents an exclusive study of the linear and higher-order susceptibilities, as well as the reduction in group index of a weak probe pulse in a three-level Landau-quantized graphene (LQG) system, under the influence of a strong control field, utilizing the phenomenon of electromagnetically induced transparency.

Rabi Oscillations in Landau-Quantized Graphene [PDF]
We investigate the relation between the canonical model of quantum optics, the Jaynes-Cummings Hamiltonian and Dirac fermions in quantizing magnetic field. We demonstrate that Rabi oscillations are observable in the optical response of graphene, providing us with a transparent picture about the structure of optical transitions.

Landau level quantization and superconductivity [PDF]
Abstract A microscopic calculation of vortex-lattice states in two-dimensional electron systems at strong magnetic fields is made taking fully the Landau level quantization into account within the mean field scheme. Results of the order parameter and the local density of states are presented both in the limit of pairing in a single Landau level and ...

Observation of ν = 5/2 Fractional Quantum Hall Effect in Trilayer Graphene Proximitized by V-Doped WSe2. [PDF]
Even‐denominator 5/2 fractional state in trilayer graphene/V‐doped WSe2 heterostructure, mediated by proximitized magnetism, is demonstrated. An exceptionally high energy gap ∆5/2 (48 K) for the 5/2 state, significantly surpassing previous values in semiconductors and bilayer graphene (∆5/2 < 1 K) is reported.

Landau Levels in a Gravitational Field: The Schwarzschild Spacetime Case
We investigate the gravitational effect on Landau levels. We show that the familiar infinite Landau degeneracy of the energy levels of a quantum particle moving inside a uniform and constant magnetic field is removed by the interaction of the particle ...

Landau Levels Analog to Electric Dipole [PDF]
In this letter we study the quantum dyamics of a neutral particle in the presence of an external magnetic field. We demonstrate in a specific field-dipole configuration that we have a quantization similar to the Landau Levels.

Landau quantization and highly mobile fermions in an insulator [PDF]
In strongly correlated materials, quasiparticle excitations can carry fractional quantum numbers. An intriguing possibility is the formation of fractionalized, charge-neutral fermions, e.g., spinons and fermionic excitons, that result in neutral Fermi surfaces and Landau quantization in an insulator.

Magnetic breakdown spectrum of a Kramers–Weyl semimetal
We calculate the Landau levels of a Kramers–Weyl semimetal thin slab in a perpendicular magnetic field B . The coupling of Fermi arcs on opposite surfaces broadens the Landau levels with a band width that oscillates periodically in 1/ B .
