A Supramolecular Ferroelectric With Two Sublattices and Polarization Dependent Conductivity

Ferroelectric behavior in a supramolecular material with two, independently switchable, sublattices is demonstrated. The sublattices can be associated with the two dipolar groups in the compound. Moreover, the polarization is found to couple to the charge transport in the material, giving rise to a switchable, directional conductivity.

Finite time measurements by Unruh-DeWitt detector and Landauer's principle

The model of Unruh-DeWitt detector coupled to the scalar field for finite time is studied. A systematic way of computing finite time corrections in various cases is suggested and nonperturbative effects like thermalization are discussed.

A Self‐Organized Liquid Reaction Container for Cellular Memory

Boosting Photo‐Pyroelectric Effect via Tunable Polarization and Interfacial Defect Engineering

This study reports Ba(Ti0.85Zr0.15)O3 nanocatalysts with enhanced polarization and oxygen‐vacancy‐rich interfaces for efficient NIR‐II photo‐pyroelectric therapy. Zr doping boosts the pyroelectric coefficient and accelerates polarization switching, while oxygen vacancies improve photothermal conversion and surface reactivity.
