Langmuir isotherms of diazepam on glass surfaces.
The adsorption of diazepam dissolved in distilled water, 5% dextrose solution, normal saline, Ringer's solution and lactate Ringer's solution on porous glasses with controlled surface area was investigated. The adsorption phenomena principally obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The reciprocal plots of the amount of adsorption vs. concentration of

Laser‐assisted synthesis enables rapid (within 1 h) and high‐yield (≥90%) production of Co‐MOFs with mesoporous structures, tunable magnetic and optical properties, and efficient adsorption of N2, CH4, and CO2 for low‐energy gas separation. DFT calculations elucidate the electronic structure and adsorption behavior.

Light‐transparent, cage‐type porous organic salts (POSs) function as nanoreactors that heterogenize molecularly defined photocatalysts through size exclusion. Photocatalysts are encapsulated intact during crystallization, providing confined yet accessible reaction fields under visible light without catalyst modification.

Entropy‐Stabilized Aluminate Catalysts That Break the Activity–Stability Tradeoff in CF4 Hydrolysis
Entropy‐stabilized aluminate breaks the activity–stability tradeoff in CF4 hydrolysis by combining a multication aluminate framework with an entropy‐stabilized lattice. An electron‐deficient Al–O environment is F‐philic but O‐phobic, enabling C–F activation while suppressing H2O poisoning. Under steam‐rich, strongly fluorinating conditions, the entropy‐

Transient Adsorption Behavior of Single Fluorophores on an Electrode-Supported Nanobubble
Here we report the use of a Langmuir isotherm model to analyze and better understand the dynamic adsorption and desorption behavior of single fluorophore molecules at the surface of a hydrogen nanobubble supported on an indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode ...
