Predictive Ability of Plasma p‐tau217 for β‐Amyloid Status: A Prospective Multicenter Study
ABSTRACT Objective Plasma tau phosphorylated at threonine 217 (p‐tau217) measured with fully automated platforms has shown high accuracy for Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosis, but real‐world multicenter data remain limited. We aimed to validate the diagnostic performance of p‐tau217 for identifying AD pathology in a real‐world multicenter cohort ...

Preservation of languages by transducers
A linear bounded transducer (pushdown transducer) is a linear bounded automaton (pushdown automaton) with outputs. Answers to the following two problems are derived in the paper: (1) If S is a linear bounded transducer or a pushdown transducer, and L is context sensitive, context free, or regular; is S(L) some well known type of set?

We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.
