LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Quantum mechanics in terms of realism [PDF]
We expound an alternative to the Copenhagen interpretation of the formalism of nonrelativistic quantum mechanics. The basic difference is that the new interpretation is formulated in the language of epistemological realism.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

What happens when recognized and diverse conditioning factors of linguistic variation are omitted from analysis and/or are not analyzed under a single analytical procedure? This paper explores the consequences of such a choice on data interpretation and,

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

How to explain linguistic variation and its role in language change
Linguistic variation is a feature that characterizes every natural language. In this paper, I focus on linguistic variation and its importance and its role in language change (LC).

This paper highlights three theoretical and descriptive insights into synonymy and lexical variation and change: (1) the diachronic development of synonymous forms reveals essential aspects about the nature and motivations of synonymy; (2) the emergence ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Variació morfofonològica :: variants morfològiques [PDF]
This paper presents phonetic-phonological variation in articulatory and perceptual terms, both at segmental and suprasegmental levels. It also presents the determining factors of linguistic diversity and change, that is, the factors responsible for the ...

E2A selectively regulates TGF‐β–induced apoptosis in KRAS‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer
Ability to induce apoptosis by TGF‐β is frequently lost in advanced lung adenocarcinoma despite intact TGF‐β signaling. We identify E2A as a mutant KRAS–dependent mediator of resistance to TGF‐β–induced apoptosis. TGF‐β induces E2A via SMAD3 in mutant KRAS cells, and E2A silencing restores apoptosis and enhances radiation response in cell lines ...
