Kelurahan Kemayoran merupakan wilayah binaan Program Studi Keperawatan Sutopo Surabaya sejak tahun 1986 yang pada awalnya digunakan sebagai tempat praktik keperawatan masyarakat, yang kemudian dibentuk menjadi kegiatan Posyandu Lansia. Kegiatan Posyandu Lansia dilaksanakan setiap satu bulan sekali di Balai Desa Kemayoran.
