Random Forests Machine Learning Applied to PEER Structural Performance Experimental Columns Database
Columns play a very important role in structural performance and, therefore, this paper contributes to the critical need for failure mode prediction of reinforced concrete (RC) columns by exploring the capabilities of random forest machine learning (ML ...

STAU2 undergoes phase separation to form dynamic condensates that package target mRNAs and deliver them to the distal ends of growing neuronal dendrites. STAU2 condensates stabilize embedded mRNAs and repress their translation. Synaptic activity bidirectionally remodels STAU2 condensates, coordinating local translation of STAU2‐associated mRNAs ...

ABSTRACT Smith–Magenis syndrome (SMS) results from either a recurrent 17p11.2 deletion or pathogenic variants in the retinoic acid induced 1 gene (RAI1). While neurodevelopmental impairment and behavioral dysregulation are well recognized, systematic genotype‐stratified analyses across psychiatric domains remain limited.

Review of the Molecular and Developmental Basis of Myhre Syndrome, Bench Research
ABSTRACT Myhre syndrome (MS) is a connective‐tissue disorder within the acromelic dysplasia spectrum. It is characterized by congenital craniofacial, skeletal, cutaneous anomalies, respiratory, cardiovascular along with intellectual disability, deafness, and progressive fibrosis.

Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) shows clinical and molecular heterogeneity, and cardiovascular (CV) complications and lupus nephritis (LN) remain leading causes of morbidity and mortality. This study investigated whether omic profiling can reveal molecular endotypes linked to these outcomes.

Splice Strengths of Noncontact Lap Splices Using Strut-and-Tie Model [PDF]
Strut-and-tie models for noncontact lap splices are presented and parameters affecting the effective lap length and the splice strength are discussed in this paper. The effective lap length along which bond stress is developed is shorter than the whole lap length.
