ABSTRACT Introduction Laparoscopic heminephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma in horseshoe kidneys has been previously reported, but reports on the retroperitoneal approach remain limited. This paper presents a case demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of this surgical technique.
