Laparoscopic repair of a Morgagni hernia

We report a case of laparoscopic repair of symptomatic Morgagni hernia (MH) in an adult. A tension-free closure of the defect was carried out using a polypropylene mesh. The recovery was quick and uneventful. Two years after surgery, the patient is doing well.
