Laparoscopic repair of a Morgagni hernia

Laparoscopic repair of a diaphragmatic hernia through the right sternocostal foramen of Morgagni in an obese 42-year-old man is described. The indications for surgery were symptoms of strain-induced dyspnea and tightness in the chest.
