For primary well‐differentiated liposarcomas and dedifferentiated liposarcomas, aggressive en‐bloc resection of adjacent organs is crucial for local control. Diaphragmatic resection may be necessary in left‐sided RPS cases.

Mesoporous Semi‐Permeable Flexible Polyurethane Membranes: Advancing Bioartificial Pancreas Design for Type 1 Diabetes Treatment

Elastomeric mesoporous membranes are developed for the elaboration of a bioartificial pancreas for type 1 diabetes treatment. Using green‐electrospinning followed by thermal and washing post‐treatments, the membranes achieve ≈20 nm pore sizes, biocompatibility, and mechanical strength and flexibility.
