Multi‐View Biomedical Foundation Models for Molecule‐Target and Property Prediction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 14, 9 March 2026.
Molecular foundation models can provide accurate predictions for a large set of downstream tasks. We develop MMELON, an approach that integrates pre‐trained graph, image, and text foundation models and validate our multi‐view model on over 120 tasks, including GPCR binding.

Hippocampal subfield thickness and shape analysis in examining the impact of TDP‐43 in primary age‐related tauopathy

open access: yesAlzheimer's &Dementia, Volume 22, Issue 3, March 2026.
Abstract INTRODUCTION Hippocampal subfields are vulnerable to the transactive response DNA‐binding protein of 43 kDa (TDP‐43) and tau in primary age‐related tauopathy (PART). Geometry‐based morphometric analysis can improve the detection of structural changes in the hippocampus.

Network Disconnection Syndrome in Unruptured Brain Arteriovenous Malformations: A Multimodal Connectome Study

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 32, Issue 3, March 2026.
This study challenges the traditional reliance on lesion size, demonstrating that cognitive impairment in unruptured bAVMs is fundamentally driven by global white matter disconnection. We identified a critical “structure–function decoupling,” where compensatory reorganization fails once the underlying structural scaffold collapses.

Semiclassical inequalities for Dirichlet and Neumann Laplacians on convex domains

open access: yesCommunications on Pure and Applied Mathematics, Volume 79, Issue 3, Page 762-822, March 2026.
Abstract We are interested in inequalities that bound the Riesz means of the eigenvalues of the Dirichlet and Neumann Laplacians in terms of their semiclassical counterpart. We show that the classical inequalities of Berezin–Li–Yau and Kröger, valid for Riesz exponents γ≥1$\gamma \ge 1$, extend to certain values γ<1$\gamma <1$, provided the underlying ...
