The Unitary Cayley graph Xn is a graph with vertex set Zn = {0; 1; :::; n - 1} and the edge set {ab/a; b in Zn; gcd(a - b, n) = 1}. In this paper we obtain the eigen values of Laplacian, Signless Laplacian matrix and Laplacian, Signless Laplacian energy of Uni- tary Cayley Graph Xn.
