Nishi Nihon Hifuka, 1985 症例はブラジルからの帰国者で, ブラジル滞在中に農園の土壌より経皮的に感染したと思われる。左手に特有の線状紅色蛇行状皮疹が生じ, 組織で表皮内に空洞があり, その中に虫体を認めた。経皮感染によるcutaneous larva migransは本邦では発生しないが, 諸外国との交流が盛んな今日, 本邦でも診る機会があるものと思われるので, 原因幼虫のlife cycleならびに臨床像などについても記載した。
