ctDNA to Predict Treatment Response in Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A Systematic Review
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.This systematic review aims to investigate the role of plasma circulating tumor DNA in head and neck cancer surveillance. We conducted a systematic review to comprehensively assess the findings and quality of existing literature on this topic. Our findings show that ctDNA monitoring post‐treatment likely has utility in HNSCC surveillance.
