Myofibroblast‐Like CAFs in Metastatic Lymph Nodes Drive Tumor Stemness and Poor Prognosis in Head and Neck Cancer

Compared with PT‐CAFs, LN‐CAFs exhibited a myofibroblast‐like phenotype, enhanced tumor stemness‐promoting activity, and fibrosis‐, EMT‐, and hypoxia‐related transcriptomic signatures.
