Laryngeal Cryotherapy for Neurogenic Cough: Safety, Feasibility, and Prospective Outcomes
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.A prospective clinical trial investigated the safety and clinical outcomes of office‐based selective laryngeal cryotherapy for patients with refractory chronic cough. Patient were followed for 6 months posttreatment and had durable improvement in cough severity index and urge‐to‐cough scores and no serious long term adverse effects.

Vocal Fold Atrophy in Patients With Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.This is the first study to quantify vocal fold atrophy in patients with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (AD/ADRD) using endoscopic imaging. Compared with age‐matched controls, AD/ADRD patients showed significantly greater vocal fold bowing and reduced mucosal wave amplitude, while normalized glottal gap area did not differ.
