[Subglottic hemangioma as the cause of laryngostenosis in young children].
Vestnik otorinolaringologii, 1998In 1985 to 1996 we observed and treated 22 children (19 girls and 3 boys) with subglottic hemangioma. The children had pronounced clinical symptoms of rough and scraping breathing. Skin hemangiomas were found in 73% of patients. The diagnosis was made using microlaryngoscopy. [Long-term outcome of endoscopic CO2 laser surgery of cicatricial laryngostenosis in children].
