Novel laser scribed graphene devices
2014 International Symposium on Next-Generation Electronics (ISNE), 2014Wafer-scale graphene devices could be fabricated by one step laser scribing method. Four kinds of novel laser scribed graphene devices have been developed, including in-plane transistors, photodetectors, loudspeakers and strain sensors. The in-plane graphene transistors have a large on/off ratio up to 5.34.

Flexible laser scribed biomimetic supercapacitors
Frontiers in Optics 2016, 2016An enhancement of 101 Whcm−3 in the energy storage density was attained for the laser scribed graphene oxide supercapacitors using the biomimetic structures adopted from Fern leaf structures in comparison with its planar electrode counterpart. Laser-Scribed Graphene Electrodes for Aptamer-Based Biosensing
ACS Sensors, 2017Graphene as a transducer material has produced some of the best-performing sensing approaches to date opening the door toward integrated miniaturized all-carbon point-of-care devices. Addressing this opportunity, laser-scribed graphene (LSG) electrodes are demonstrated here as highly sensitive and reliable biosensor transducers in blood serum analysis.

Laser scribed graphene for energy storage application
2015 Opto-Electronics and Communications Conference (OECC), 2015In this paper, a method of laser reduction to produce reduced graphene oxide is explored. Results show that the resultant graphene layer, together with proper electrolyte, can be used to fabricate high energy density supercapacitors.

Laser scribing on polycrystalline diamond compound blade
SPIE Proceedings, 1998A new method of laser scribing on polycrystalline diamond film is proposed in the paper, the requirements of laser machine output, the calculation of technological parameters and the best combination of voltage, pulse duration and feed rate are discussed. Finally, the paper gives the laser scribing experimental results.
