Usefulness of laser cautery in hemorrhoidectomy.
痔核切除におけるCO2レーザーメスの有用性をみる目的で従来の電気メスを用いた手術法を対照とし, その臨床的評価を試みた.1988年9月から1989年6月までの10カ月間に内痔核の根治手術にCO2レーザーメスを用いた72例と従来の電気メスを使用した51例の計123例を対象とした.症例の内訳は男性35例, 女性88例で, 年齢は18~76歳, 平均42.6歳であった.手術時の出血量をみると, 電気メス群では平均65.2mlであるのに対し, レーザーメス群では90.4%の症例が20ml以下ときわめて少量であった.手術時間は, 電気メス群では, 70.6%の症例が31分以上であるのに対し, レーザーメス群では94.4%が30分以下であった.アンケート調査によると, 術後の疼痛 ...
