Self‐Healing COCu‐Tac Hydrogel Enhances iNSCs Transplantation for Spinal Cord Injury by Promoting Mitophagy via the FKBP52/AKT Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 3, January 20, 2025.
A novel hydrogel‐based transplant system (COCu‐Tac) for induced neural stem cell (iNSCs) therapy in spinal cord injury is introduced. This system offers self‐healing properties, sustained tacrolimus release, and reduces immune rejection without systemic immunosuppression.
