Carbon Dioxide Laser Therapy

A carbon dioxide laser coupled with a ventilating bronchoscope has been used to treat 135 patients with symptomatic obstruction of the trachea and main stem bronchi. This laser has the advantages of being controllable and hemostatic, and can be used repetitively.
