Polymer Dots Exhibiting Multi‐Resonant Thermally Activated Delayed Fluorescence for Cellular Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, Volume 13, Issue 23, August 14, 2025.
By copolymerizing with a host material, a multiple resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescent (MR‐TADF) emitter quinolino[3,2,1‐de]acridine‐5,9‐dione (QAO) is successfully assembled into water‐dispersible polymer dots (Pdots). Photophysical measurements and multichannel fluorescence imaging studies show that the narrowband emission from the MR ...

Hyperphosphorescent OLEDs: Harnessing the Power of MR‐TADF Terminal Emitters

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, Volume 13, Issue 23, August 14, 2025.
Hyperphosphorescent organic light‐emitting diodes (HP‐OLEDs) use phosphorescent sensitizers with multiresonant thermally activated delayed fluorescence terminal emitters. HP‐OLEDs show efficient, narrowband electroluminescence and moderate efficiency roll‐off.

High‐Efficiency Blue‐Emitting Multi‐Resonance TADF Organic Light‐Emitting Diodes Constructed on Spiro Quinolinoacridine/Fluorene‐diphenylphosphine Oxide Positional Isomers

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, Volume 13, Issue 23, August 14, 2025.
We report spiro‐configured hosts constructed on the assembly of a quinolinoacrdine unit and different fluorene positional isomers for high‐performance blue MR‐TADF Organic Light‐Emitting Diodess. The v‐DABNA:CN‐Ir emissive layer combination with SQA‐4‐FPOPh2 as host shows a narrowband emission peak and a high maximum external quantum efficiency of 22.9%

Large Area High‐Performance Thin Film Solid Oxide Fuel Cell with Nanoscale Anode Functional Layer by Scalable Reactive Sputtering

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 29, August 7, 2025.
The high‐power density (1.33 W cm−2 at 650 °C) thin film solid oxide fuel cells (TF‐SOFCs) with nanoscale anode functional layer (n‐AFL) by high‐speed (>2 µm h−1) reactive magnetron sputtering process is successfully demonstrated. The large‐area (16 cm2) TF‐SOFCs with n‐AFL exhibited a power output of 19.36 W at 650 °C, which is the highest performance

An Electrode Design Strategy to Minimize Ferroelectric Imprint Effect

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 29, August 7, 2025.
A tunable electrode design using La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 enables precise modulation of ferroelectric imprint through oxygen pressure–controlled work function engineering. By applying this strategy to both perovskite and fluorite systems, the built‐in field is effectively suppressed, enabling low‐voltage, high‐endurance ferroelectric devices, including Fe‐FETs ...
