Physics‐Constrained Constitutive Learning of Rate‐Limiting Timescales for Efficient Hydrogen‐Based Direct Reduction for Green Steel Making

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Effective reaction and transport timescales are inferred directly from measured trajectories and mapped against operating conditions, pellet architecture, and composition. The analysis reveals how late‐stage transport control emerges

Ultra‐Radiostable Covalent Conformationally Interlocked Networks Enabling a Universal Radiometal‐Labeling Platform for Cancer Radioembolization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Conjugated poly(imide dioxime)‐based microspheres establish a radiometal coordination‐driven conformational interlocked network with ultra‐high radiostability. This platform enables low‐temperature, multi‐radionuclide labeling for SPECT/PET/MRI imaging and radionuclide therapy. Mechanistic insights from EXAFS and DFT reveal enhanced stability, while in

An Anterior Cingulate Cortex‐Anterior Insular Cortex Glutamatergic Circuit Gates Stress‐Induced Visceral Hypersensitivity and Anxiety via Ionotropic Glutamate Receptors Trafficking

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies an anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) to anterior insular cortex (AIC) glutamatergic (Glu) circuit that gates stress induced visceral hypersensitivity and anxiety. Circuit activation induces both phenotypes, whereas inhibition relieves them.

Autoantigen mRNA‐LNP Vaccination Drives Therapeutic Efficacy in Preclinical Models for Autoimmunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Systemic and intramuscular delivery of autoantigen mRNA via lipid nanoparticles reprograms antigen‐presenting cells toward a mature, homeostatic state, driving antigen‐specific T cell exhaustion and providing therapeutic efficacy across autoimmune disease models.

HD‐tDCS Restores Perivascular AQP4 Polarization via PPARγ Modulation to Enhance Glymphatic Clearance After Intracerebral Hemorrhage in Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HD‐tDCS promotes recovery after intracerebral hemorrhage by enhancing PPARγ‐dependent astrocyte remodeling in a mouse model of ICH. This process suppresses proinflammatory astrocytic activation, restores perivascular AQP4 repolarization, and improves glymphatic influx and efflux, thereby facilitating hematoma and perihematomal edema clearance and ...

Red Flags for Differentiating Desmosomal “Hot‐Phase” Cardiomyopathy From Acute Myocarditis

open access: yesJournal of the American Heart Association: Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease
Background Desmosomal “hot‐phase” cardiomyopathy (HPC), characterized by bursts of myocardial inflammation mimicking acute myocarditis (AM), carries relevant risks of adverse outcomes. This study aimed to identify diagnostic “red flags” favoring HPC over

Programming Structural Symmetry and Emission in Low‐Dimensional Hybrid Perovskites via Time and Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We demonstrate programmable structural symmetry and emission in benzylammonium‐based low‐dimensional hybrid perovskites. Continuous shaking transforms orthorhombic platelets into a lower‐symmetry monoclinic phase with broadband emission, whereas thermal activation drives the reverse pathways toward a higher‐symmetry configuration resembling the ...

Cardiac Magnetic Resonance–Derived Parametric Mapping Radiomics for Prediction of Left Ventricular Reverse Remodeling in Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy

open access: yesJournal of the American Heart Association: Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease
Background We investigated whether radiomic scores (RadScores), computed from high‐dimensional quantitative features extracted from cardiac magnetic resonance parametric mapping images, can predict left ventricular reverse remodeling (LVRR) in patients ...

Wake‐Up and Fatigue under Electrical Cycling in HfO2‐Based Ferroelectrics: Mechanisms and Strategies toward Reliable Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HfO2‐based ferroelectrics exhibit wake‐up and fatigue behaviors during electrical cycling, significantly affecting device endurance and reliability. These phenomena are governed by defect dynamics, including oxygen vacancy redistribution and charge trapping.

Long Noncoding RNA PCALRx Interacts with Pyruvate Carboxylase to Drive Multi‐Organ Developmental Toxicity in Zebrafish Embryos Exposed to Amoxicillin

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Embryonic amoxicillin exposure disrupts multi‐organ development in zebrafish larvae through a lncRNA–metabolic enzyme regulatory axis. PCALRx associates with pyruvate carboxylase, promotes PC protein ubiquitination, and impairs mitochondrial energy metabolism, while vitamin B1 partially restores PC‐centered metabolic function and developmental outcomes.
