Aptamer‐Based Delivery Systems for VEGF and NGF Modulation in Ocular Therapies
Aptamer‐based delivery systems targeting NGF and VEGF hold significant potential for precise and sustained treatment of complex diseases affecting both the anterior and posterior segments of the eye. This review critically summarizes current strategies for NGF and VEGF delivery as well as VEGF sequestration, providing a clinical perspective on how ...

Ionizable lipid nanoparticles target multiple pathological pathways in neurodegeneration. The designed self‐assembled materials undergo a pH‐triggered structural transformation from a cubosome/hexosome coexistence to a hexosome phase, enhancing intracellular delivery of a multi‐target phytochemical formulation. The antioxidant‐loaded pH‐responsive LNPs

This study developed a bioprinted co‐culture system embedding rat pancreatic islets and Scenedesmus sp. microalgae spatially defined in close vicinity. Red light was found optimal to ensure microalgal photosynthesis while maintaining islet viability and functionality. A tailored co‐culture medium supported both cell types.

Bridging a biogeographic 'gap' : microfossil evidence for the quillwort Isoetes on the Cumberland Plain west of Sydney during the early Colonial period [PDF]
Fossil spores preserved on historical archaeological sites at Parramatta and Richmond indicate that two or more species of the quillwort genus Isoetes (family Isoetaceae) were growing along rivers on the Cumberland Plain, west of Sydney, during the late ...
