Experimental Design and Latin Squares
2012Practitioners in engineering, as well as in management, face an increasing need for experiments which go beyond the classical notion of laboratory research. What is needed is to plan and administer experimental solution to test hypotheses about alternative designs, manufacturing processes, and other issues where the implications of seat of the pants ...

The Single Latin Square Design in Psychological Research
Psychometrika, 1958The expected value of mean square concept is used to determine the effects of the presence of interactions in the single Latin square design on F tests. The results indicate that as the number of random effects included in the experiment increase, more F tests are unbiased, and that some of these are valid F tests.
