Raman Response of Monolayer Graphene Upon Varying TCNE Adsorption

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, EarlyView.
Low TCNE loading induces p‐type doping in monolayer graphene without significantly disturbing local lattice symmetry, due to a structurally favorable molecular arrangement. At higher TCNE concentrations, the D‐band emergence indicates increasing symmetry breaking. TCNE thus enables concentration‐dependent tuning of graphene's electronic properties with

Physical Properties of Transition Metal Hydride Superconductors Mg2TmH6 (Tm = Rh, Pd, Ir, Pt) by First‐Principles Calculations

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, EarlyView.
The electronic band structure determines all the charge transport properties of crystalline solids. It also controls the optical response of the material. Bonding characters are strongly influenced by the band structure. The band structures of Mg2TmH6 (Tm = Rh, Pd, Ir, Pt) compounds shown above confirm their metallic nature.

Diffusion Coefficient and Viscosity of Methyl Viologen Electrolyte Estimation Based on a Kinetic Monte Carlo Computational Approach Coupled with the Mean Square Displacement Method

open access: yesBatteries &Supercaps, Volume 8, Issue 3, March 2025.
A novel and comprehensive 3D‐resolved kinetic Monte Carlo model coupled with mean square displacement analysis is introduced. This computational approach allows to explore, for the first time, the concentration and the state of charge effects on ionic diffusion coefficient and viscosity in methyl viologen‐based electrolytes used in organic redox flow ...

Strongly‐Anchored Ionomer‐Free Anode Catalyst Layer Fabricated via Joule Heating Achieves Efficient Electron/Mass Transfer for Acidic Water Electrolysis

open access: yesCarbon Energy, EarlyView.
An ionomer‐free anode catalyst layer is fabricated via rapid Joule heating, partially embedding IrO2 nanoparticles into the membrane to form a robust, anchored interface. This architecture eliminates ionomer‐induced poisoning and mass‐transport barriers, enabling efficient water‐mediated proton transport and electronic connectivity.
