Datagrids for lattice QCD [PDF]
Abstract As the need for computing resources to carry out numerical simulations of Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) formulated on a lattice has increased significantly, efficient use of the generated data has become a major concern. To improve on this, groups plan to share their configurations on a worldwide level within the International Lattice ...

Vacuum correlators at short distances from lattice QCD
Non-perturbatively computing the hadronic vacuum polarization at large photon virtualities and making contact with perturbation theory enables a precision determination of the electromagnetic coupling at the Z pole, which enters global electroweak fits ...

QCD on anisotropic lattices [PDF]
Abstract We study the formulation of QCD on anisotropic lattices with different couplings in space and time directions of a four-dimensional hypercube. A non-perturbative determination of the ratio of lattice spacings, ξ = aσ/aτ, as well as the ratio of Λ-parameters has been performed in the scaling regime of SU(3) gauge theory.

Heavy-hadron interactions from Lattice QCD
I review recent progress in heavy hadron spectroscopy and from ab-initio Lattice QCD calculations. After motivating lattice calculations for heavy-hadrons by contrasting recent LHCb results charmed and doubly-charmed baryons with lattice predictions ...

I review recent progress in lattice QCD calculations of the QCD phase diagram and equation of state at non-zero temperature and baryochemical potential. I also discuss some connections with heavy ion collisions.

Odd-spin glueballs, AdS/QCD and information entropy
Odd-spin glueballs in the dynamical AdS/QCD model are scrutinized, in the paradigm of the configurational entropy (CE). Configurational-entropic Regge trajectories, that relate the CE underlying odd-spin glueballs to their mass spectra and spin, are then

Fixed Scale Approach to Equation of State in Lattice QCD [PDF]
A new approach to study the equation of state in finite-temperature QCD is proposed on the lattice. Unlike the conventional method in which the temporal lattice size $N_t$ is fixed, the temperature $T$ is varied by changing $N_t$ at fixed lattice scale ...

Small bits of cold dense matter
The behavior of QCD at high baryon density and low temperature is crucial to understanding the properties of neutron stars and gravitational waves emitted during their mergers.
