This manuscript investigates the efficacy of laughter therapy and positive thinking as complementary treatments for individuals with chronic diseases in Lebanon, amidst an ongoing economic crisis. Chronic diseases are a significant public health issue globally and in Lebanon, where the economic situation exacerbates healthcare challenges.
