A generalized fluidity power law and laws of extrusion
Journal of Colloid Science, 1952Abstract Raw rubbers are assumed to obey the fluidity power law, ϕ = f;τn−1, ϕ = fluidity, τ = shearing stress, n > 1. For three-dimensional flow the generalized law is assumed to be ϕ = gW (n−1) (n+1) , where W = rate of energy dissipation.

The General Principles of EU Law and Private Law
Rabels Zeitschrift für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht, 2011GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF EU LAW In its case law, the Court of Justice has developed a large number of general principles of Community law, currently EU law. These are fundamental principles of justice of the EU and its member states (cf. AG Trstenjak, opinion in Audiolux , C-101/08, point 70), ‘deeply rooted principles without which a civilised society ...

We obtain and discuss the properties of the g-deformed Stefan law for the black body radiation of quon particles. We prove that if we consider adiabatic transformations with a particular value of η=VT3, the Stefan law is exactly the same as for the ordinary black body.

General Principles of Law as a Source of Law
2014Abstract This chapter begins with a discussion of the general principles of law under Article 38 of the Statute of the Permanent Court. It then covers the role of equity in international law and the general principles of law and non liquet. The general principles of law found their way into the Statute of the Permanent Court as a reserve
