A biocompatible graphene/ZnO optical charge trap memory (CTM) is reported with over 54 h retention, enabled by interfacial photodoping. Using transient absorption spectroscopy and electrical analysis, charge transfer quenching is elucidated and reveal that a large energy barrier at the interface is responsible for long‐term memory retention.

This work electrically characterizes sixteen logic gates built from three‐independent‐gate reconfigurable transistors fabricated on full‐scale 300 mm wafers using the industrial 22 nm fully depleted FDSOI process of GlobalFoundries. Static and time‐resolved measurements confirm correct operation, including a 1‐bit adder and reconfigurable AOI/OAI ...

Analog Weight Update Rule in Ferroelectric Hafnia, Using picoJoule Programming Pulses
Resistive, ferroelectric synaptic weights based on BEOL‐compatible hafnia/zirconia nanolaminates are fabricated. Lateral downscaling the devices below 10 µm2 enables 20 ns programming with electrical pulses, dissipating ≤ 3 pJ. Experimental results show that final conductance state is set by pulse amplitude, and is largely independent of the initial ...

As mentioned in the discussion of the Roman law of property, the Romans classified the law of obligations as part of the law of property (ius quod ad res pertinet) insofar as it was concerned mainly with the acquisition and disposal of things. For the purposes of systematization and alignment with the modern approach to the law of obligations it is ...

I now pass from an examination of Hobbes’s views on right and natural liberty to a consideration of his doctrine of obligation. In my view this transition is itself an intrinsic feature of Hobbes’s moral and political philosophy. In other words, an inquiry into the basis of his philosophy of right is indispensable for an adequate assessment of what he ...

Mutual dependence creates ever-present obligations which were and are imperatives. Some are clearly measurable and others firmly acknowledged but indeterminately defined and capable of flexible adjustment.
