Computation of the LBB Constant for the Stokes Equation with a Least-Squares Finite Element Method
SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, 2020The investigation of error bounds for the Stokes problem visualizes a relation between the least squares finite element problem LSFEM and the Ladyzhenskaya-Babuška-Brezzi (LBB) constant. This constant is a key in the proof of the existence and stability of solution to problems in fluid dynamics.

Key Words: Leak-Before-Break(파단전누설), Crack Stability(균열안정성), Nonlinearity(비선형), Effective ElasticModulus(유효탄성계수),FiniteElementAnalysis(유한요소해석)초록: 최근열출력이향상된신규원자력발전소의개발이증가하고있으며배관계에가해지는모멘트및하중의크기도증가하는경향이므로배관의파단전누설(LBB) 적용조건여유도가작아질수있다. 본논문에서는이러한배관에서LBB 적용조건을만족시키기위한추가적인여유도확보의한방법으로써균열의비선형과재료물성치를고려하는방법을제시하였다.
