Direct measurement of bidirectional turbulent fluxes of atmospheric cluster ions

First direct eddy covariance measurements of vertical turbulent fluxes of atmospheric cluster ions are presented. The net turbulent flux was mostly positive for negative cluster ions (net emission of negative ions) and mostly negative for positive cluster ions (net deposition of positive ions).

Topography‐Free Dual‐Lubricant Patterned Slippery Surfaces for Programmable Droplet Control and High‐Performance Water Harvesting

A patterned dual‐lubricant SLIPS creates interfacial energy asymmetry, guiding droplet migration without external actuation. Condensed droplets formed on the fluorinated‐oil‐infused regions migrate to the silicone‐oil‐infused domains, where rapid growth and coalescence occur.

Prolapse recurrence, methods of reoperation, and long‐term mesh complications—A nationwide follow‐up study

Similar rates of women undergo re‐treatment for prolapse after surgery with native tissue and mesh, while subjective recurrence is common, and the site of reoperation varies depending on prior surgical treatment. Only a minority of mesh exposures requires surgical treatment.
