This study presents an intravesical delivery strategy of ferroptosis‐ and immunity‐inducing nanozyme‐loaded thermoresponsive hydrogels (FMCC@PNH) for enhanced bladder cancer therapy. Abstract Current intravesical therapies for bladder cancer after resection are limited by poor tissue penetration, off‐target effects, and insufficient efficacy.

Stimuli‐Responsive Supramolecular Biomaterials for Cancer Theranostics
The ultimate goal of cancer theranostics is to get imaging agents and therapeutic cargo to tumor sites when and where they are required. “Smart” systems should be developed. This review discusses the characteristics of physiological stimuli, types and action modes of external stimuli, construction approaches and working principles, as well as ...

On higher spin partition functions
We observe that the partition function of the set of all free massless higher spins s=0,1,2,3,... in flat space is equal to one: the ghost determinants cancel against the "physical" ones or, equivalently, the (regularized) total number of degrees of ...

Photodynamic therapy using LCST polymers exerting pH-responsive isothermal phase transition
In photodynamic therapy (PDT), the inherent physicochemical properties of a photosensitizer (PS) critically affect its biodistribution and therapeutic outcome as well as side effect. Here, we developed a PS-polymer conjugate displaying isothermal hydrophilic-to-hydrophobic phase transition in response to tumorous acidic pH.

All‐PEG‐Like Block Copolymers Self‐Assemble into Stealth Nanocarriers for Drug Delivery
Self‐assembling nanoparticles composed entirely of POEGMA are engineered by exploiting side‐chain–dependent amphiphilicity and tunable thermoresponsive behavior. These single‐material nanocarriers encapsulate diverse hydrophobic drugs with high efficiency, retain therapeutic activity, improve in vivo efficacy, and evade anti‐PEG antibodies.
