Chaos-based detection of LDoS attacks

Journal of Systems and Software, 2013
A low-rate denial of service (LDoS) attack behaves as a small signal in periodic pulses with low average rate, which hides in normal TCP traffic stealthily. LDoS attacks reduce link throughput and degrade QoS of a target. An approach of detecting LDoS attacks is proposed based on Duffing oscillator in chaos systems. The approach detects LDoS attacks by

Enhanced RRED to Counter LDoS Attacks

2013
This paper provides an enhancement technique and algorithm to the Robust RED packet dropping algorithm in order to intelligently make packet drops and also to trace the IP addresses on a rough approximate of the creators of the low rate DoS attack. This technique also reduces the time complexity of the algorithm.

Soft-start low voltage CMOS LDO

CAS 2013 (International Semiconductor Conference), 2013
The paper presents a soft-start low voltage CMOS LDO. A double-reference bandgap was developed to provide the soft-start feature. The first reference is quicker and drives the start-up circuit, while the second is slower and, after being divided, drives the LDO core.

LDoS attack in ad-hoc network

2009 Sixth International Conference on Wireless On-Demand Network Systems and Services, 2009
LDoS (Low-rate Denial of Service) attack is periodic, stealthy, and with high efficiency, which has become a great threat to the network security. Previous researches about LDoS attack mainly focus on its impact on wired networks. However, our analysis shows that such attack could also be launched in Ad-hoc network, and as a completely distinct MAC ...

LDO compensation strategy based on current buffer/amplifiers

2007 18th European Conference on Circuit Theory and Design, 2007
In this communication, we propose a compensation procedure for LDO regulators which exploits both a current/buffer amplifier Miller compensation and a standard Miller compensation. The analysis shows how to design the compensation network in order to guarantee the stability for all the loading conditions.

In-Depth Market Analysis of LDO (LDO-USD) for Investors

Abstract: LDO has experienced a 25% price decline over the past year, coupled with a daily volatility of 6.57% and a modest Sharpe Ratio of 0.39, indicating modest risk‑adjusted returns. The 14‑day RSI sits at 36.87, slightly below the neutral band, suggesting mild oversold conditions.

Simulation and Analysis of LDoS Attacks

2010 International Conference on Multimedia Information Networking and Security, 2010
Low-rate denial-of-service attack is a novel category of attacks that are based on exploiting the adaptive behavior exhibited by several network and system protocols. This attack through periodically non-suspicious low-rate attack pulsing, to reduce the performance of the victims.

Phony Stability Problem in Fast LDOs

2006 International Semiconductor Conference, 2006
The paper presents a phenomenon associated with the evaluation of fast LDOs. Initial measurements seemed to indicate a potential low phase-margin, which was entirely different from the PSPICE simulations. In fact, it was a phony stability problem given by the response of an input parasitic RLC circuit to the fast-pulsed current load; response that was ...

Comparative Market Analysis: LDO, FXS

Abstract: A summary comparing the key performance and risk metrics for the assets in the Liquid Staking Sector, focusing on Lido DAO (LDO) and Frax Share (FXS). In the liquid staking sector, LDO has demonstrated superior price performance and a slightly stronger risk‑adjusted profile compared to FXS over the last year.
