Suppressing Metal–Molecule Charge Transfer With a Phosphorus Interlayer
Phosphorus forms stable reconstructions with remarkable properties on various metal substrates. Here, using a spectroscopic approach, its role as an effective buffer layer on Cu(110) is demonstrated, preventing charge transfer to adsorbed Zn‐tetraphenylporphyrins (ZnTPP).

Diastereoisomeric diversity dictates reactivity of epoxy groups in limonene dioxide polymerization
Limonene dioxide (LDO) has the potential to find a wide application as a bio-based epoxy resin. Its polymerizations by catalyzed ring-opening, and by polyaddition with diamines were compared with the polymerizations of the commercial epoxy resins ...

Spectroscopic Evidence of Edge‐Localized States in an Antiferromagnet Topological Insulator NdBi
Using spin‐polarized scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) in conjunction with quasiparticle interference, we successfully identify distinct signatures of the ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic terminations in NdBi, a rare‐earth monopnictide exhibiting non‐trivial topology and magnetism. We demonstrate that step edges on ferromagnetic surfaces host well‐

Surface Plasmon Enhanced Photoluminescence of Carbon Dots Formed In Situ on Silver Gratings
Carbon emitters formed in situ on a silver grating via plasmonic catalysis yield enhanced spontaneous emission by preferential radiative decay into surface plasmons. Enhancement manifests as emission exhibiting characteristics of coherence (polarization, directionality), and accelerated lifetimes of ∼30 ps, yielding Purcell factors of ∼70.

Correlation-based Detection of LDoS Attack
Low-rate Denial of Service (LDoS) attack and TCP flows are simulated in the time and frequency domain for the purpose of analyzing their signatures and extracting period T and duration L of LDoS attack, which are two correlative parameters used in the proposed detecting approach.
