An improvement on LEACH protocol (EZ-LEACH)
2015 2nd International Conference on Knowledge-Based Engineering and Innovation (KBEI), 2015Wireless sensor network (WSN) refers to a group of spatially dispersed and dedicated sensors for monitoring and recording the physical conditions of the environment and organizing the collected data at a central location. WSNs measure environmental conditions like temperature, sound, pollution levels, humidity, wind speed and direction, pressure, etc ...

Salt movement, leaching efficiency, and leaching requirement
Agricultural Water Management, 1981Abstract To study the salt movement in a soil profile, experiments were conducted on sandy loam and silty clay loam in tanks. The chloride concentration and electrical conductivity of the soil water were found from soil water samplers and salinity sensors.

The gas production from charcoal (up till 1950) has led to a number of cases of soil pollution with cyanides. The reclamation of this polluted soil by excavation and incineration will be an expensive operation. The cleaning of cyanide-polluted soils costs about f 250,=/cu m with the present-day technics.

Performance Analysis of LEACH, LEACH-C, TS-LEACH, MOD-LEACH in WSN
International Journal of Computing, Intelligent and Communication Technology, 2022Energy efficiency has been a major research topic in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). Because the sensor networks are powered by batteries, they will die after a given amount of time. As a result, extending the life of sensor equipment by optimizing data dissipation in a cost-effective manner remains a difficulty.

Performance analysis of LEACH and ENHANCED LEACH in WSN
2016 International Conference on Circuit, Power and Computing Technologies (ICCPCT), 2016This approach illustrates that the ENHANCED LEACH is a routing protocol. The proposed research we have used no of connection in a group or cluster. Every cluster has a cluster head and the cluster head directly communicate with the base place. The results of the ENHANCED LEACH protocol are comparison with existing Leach Protocol.

An Energy Efficient Extended LEACH (EEE LEACH)
2012 International Conference on Communication Systems and Network Technologies, 2012This paper studies LEACH protocol, some of its modified versions and finally puts forward a new version of LEACH called Energy Efficient Extended LEACH (EEE LEACH) protocol. This new version of LEACH protocol establishes multilevel clustering approach to minimize communication distance between nodes and introduces Master Cluster Heads along with ...

An evaluation of the leaching characteristics of butte leaching ore
Hydrometallurgy, 1977Abstract The results of leaching experiments in columns simulating 80 and 200 ft deep cores through a leach dump are discussed. By equipping the columns with can precipitation plants, actual plant conditions could be duplicated. The results indicated that the copper grade increased with depth as long as the pH and the availability of oxygen were not

IR-LEACH: An Improved LEACH Protocol for WSN
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2013Wireless sensor is a miniature battery powered device with limited energy; It contains a large number of the wireless router sensors in wireless sensor networks. Once these batteries placed in these sensors and deployed to the environment, we would be very difficult to artificially replace the battery, run out means of wireless sensor networks "death",
