Dielectric Characteristics of the Lead-free Piezoelectric Ceramics K0.50Na0.50Nb0.95Ta0.05O3
[[abstract]]In order to improve the sintering density and dielectric properties of the lead-free K0.5Na0.5NbO3-based ceramics, by the use of solid-state reaction, part of the Nb atoms are substituted by the Ta atoms to form K0.5Na0.5Nb0.95Ta0.05O3 ...

Powder Optimization Strategies for Binder Jetting Printing of BaTiO3 and Ba0,6Sr0,4TiO3 Ceramics
Powder optimization is investigated to enable binder jetting of BaTiO3 and Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 ferroelectric ceramics. The antagonistic relationship between flowability and binder compatibility is addressed through binder impregnation of granulated powders and fumed silica addition to fine powders.

BiFeO3-doped (Na0.5K0.5)NbO3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics
Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (1−x)(Na0.5K0.5)NbO3-xBiFeO3 (x=0~0.07) were synthesized by the solid-state reaction. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurements revealed that an increase in the amount of BiFeO3 dopant resulted in a decrease in

Low‐Angle Grain Boundaries and Re‐Segregation in Single‐Crystalline Ni‐Base Superalloys
This work demonstrates that Re‐segregation at low‐angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) in Ni‐base superalloys is influenced by misorientation angle. Advanced microscopy and atom probe tomography reveal that higher misorientation angles increases Re‐segregation.

Characterization of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics
This project is focused on lead-free piezoelectric ceramics which are meda in CEITEC. Behaviour of these ceramics is quite different from the lead one. The first part is dedicated to dielectrics and its polarisation techniques.
