Unbiased LambdaMART: An Unbiased Pairwise Learning-to-Rank Algorithm
Recently a number of algorithms under the theme of 'unbiased learning-to-rank' have been proposed, which can reduce position bias, the major type of bias in click data, and train a high-performance ranker with click data. Most of the existing algorithms,

Overview of molecular signatures of senescence and associated resources: pros and cons
Cells can enter a stress response state termed cellular senescence that is involved in various diseases and aging. Detecting these cells is challenging due to the lack of universal biomarkers. This review presents the current state of senescence identification, from biomarkers to molecular signatures, compares tools and approaches, and highlights ...

Card games are effective tools to enhance foundation year health and safety inductions
A series of three card games was developed to actively deliver health and safety education to foundation year students. Most students reported positive responses regarding their enjoyment (89.9 %) and learning (74.7 %) from all games evaluated. Data revealed significant improvements in health and safety knowledge (P < 0.0001).

ABSTRACT Objective Prognostication of disease course and prediction of treatment response in multiple sclerosis is an unmet need. We compared the performance of serum neurofilament light chain Z scores (age‐ and BMI‐adjusted) with absolute concentrations for the prediction of response to disease‐modifying therapy.

Continuation Methods and Curriculum Learning for Learning to Rank
In this paper we explore the use of Continuation Methods and Curriculum Learning techniques in the area of Learning to Rank. The basic idea is to design the training process as a learning path across increasingly complex training instances and objective functions.

Cytokine, Chemokine, and Neurofilament Light Chain Signatures in LGI1 Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Objectives To investigate the value of cytokine, chemokine, and neurofilament light chain (NfL) concentrations in predicting relapse risk, chronic epilepsy, and functional impairment in LGI1 autoimmune encephalitis (AE). Methods Cytokines/chemokines (IL‐1‐beta, IL‐2, IL‐4, IL‐5, IL‐6, IL‐8/CXCL8, IL‐10, IL‐12p70, IL‐13, IL‐17A, GM‐CSF, TNF ...
