Abstract The purpose of this technical note is to describe a reproducible surgical technique for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with a lateral tenodesis using a continuous iliotibial band autograft that allows self‐augmentation of graft diameter without the need for additional tendon harvesting.

Lateral Meniscus Oblique Radial Tear All‐Inside Repair

Abstract Lateral meniscus oblique radial tears, particularly high‐grade types 3 and 4, are common in acute anterior cruciate ligament injuries and contribute to significant knee instability and meniscal extrusion if left unrepaired.
