ABSTRACT Background Atrial pacing at right atrial appendage causes nonphysiologic delays. Bachmann's bundle (BB) pacing preserves synchrony but lacks pediatric data. Case Summary We report the first pediatric combined BB and left bundle branch area pacing in a 9‐year‐old boy (23.5 kg).

Prospective Trial of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation of High Dominant Frequencies After Pulmonary Vein Isolation in Non‐Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation (PAD‐AF Trial): A Multicenter, Randomized Clinical Trial

In persistent AF, adjunctive dominant frequency‐guided ablation after pulmonary vein isolation did not significantly improve outcomes. Limited overlap between high‐frequency sites and low‐voltage areas suggests functional–structural dissociation, while right atrial low‐voltage burden predicts recurrence.

Interpretable machine learning models based on CMR radiomics for predicting left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with metabolic‐associated steatotic liver disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus

We developed an interpretable machine learning (ML) model combining cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) radiomics and clinical data to assess left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) risk in metabolic‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD)/type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients, enabling proactive treatment.
